R.I.S.E. creates homes designed to help restore freedom, mobility and self-reliance for some of our nation’s most valiant heroes. Through our collaboration, we will donate flooring made in America, from North American hardwood, for custom smart homes built for severely wounded veterans in the Tennessee area.
The Gary Sinise Foundation honors America’s defenders, veterans, first responders and their families and those in need. Through its R.I.S.E. program, the Foundation is constructing specially adapted homes for our nation’s most valiant heroes. Each one-of-a-kind home uses cutting edge technologies and high performance materials to help restore freedom, mobility and self-reliance to veterans for whom simple, everyday tasks can often be a significant challenge.
